On 17 June, MATACHANA organised an interesting Webinar on the uses of ultraviolet C Type radiation for health applications. The seminar, addressed to our Spanish professionals, was divided into three clearly differentiated blocks: the physical principles of UV-C radiation, its control parameters and its practical application explained through the design of 2 types of latest generation devices: high disinfection equipment for ultrasound probes and autonomous robots for room decontamination.
More than 100 people were able to attend this Webinar, conducted by our Infection Control Manager, Elena Lorenzo and moderated by our Marketing Director, Marino Alonso.
In parallel with the broadcast, we once again held a raffle of 3 books by the engineer Jan Huys, on “Sterilization of Medical Supplies by Steam”, which went to these three participants:
