MPHS SERIES: MATACHANA PHARMA STERILIZERS
The MPHS Series consists of saturated steam sterilizers for GMP applications. The design and construction of this Series are defined to sterilize a wide variety of load types; whether solid, porous, or liquids in closed or open containers according to GMP guidelines established by EMA and the FDA. This Series of sterilizers also complies with all standards and guidelines valid in Europe and/or the United States.

USER-FRIENDLY
The reproducibility of the sterilization processes is key to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. To facilitate the use of the sterilizer and minimize the errors, MATACHANA supplies the MPHS Series with the MOS (MATACHANA Operation System) Control System. Each sterilizer is featured with a state-of-the-art Control System that allows cycles to be completed in a fully automated, reliable and reproducible way. With its synoptic diagram and its intuitive navigation menu, MATACHANA sterilizers are user-friendly and safe.
PRESSURE VESSEL
The pressure vessel is the main core of a sterilizer. MATACHANA has optimized the design of the pressure vessel through years of tests and enhancement. The result is a robust and lightweight set that naturally enables to cope under stress conditions. The pressure vessels are designed according to ASME BPVC Section VIII, Division 1 and in compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive. It is manufactured in our welding factory in Barcelona area through the latest welding and polishing automation technologies.
MECHANICAL FEATURES
The pipes of MATACHANA Pharma steam sterilizers are specially designed to avoid dead-legs. Always complying with the 3D rule in the process lines, they are assembled avoiding condensate stagnation. The components and instruments of our sterilizers are non-proprietary. Using only the most recognized brands for greater flexibility in any market. The high quality finish of the elements makes the difference.
MPHS Series is available in two formats: horizontal and vertical doors, with a wide variety of chamber dimensions.
