On 14th February 2023, 30 students and their teachers from the midle-level educational cycle for Auxiliary Nursing Care Technicians, from Institut Les Vinyes, in Sta. Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelona, Spain, visited us.
For over 2 hours, these future healthcare professionals listened to the history of MATACHANA and learned basic concepts of hospital hygiene, visiting our Sterilization Museum, practicing with our equipment and were able to observe, in our manufacturing plant, how a sterilizer is made in real time.
The experience was very enriching and allowed these future healthcare workers to perceive the RUMED as a possible professional alternative once they complete their studies, valuing the crucial work that is carried out in these intra-hospital units.
