MATACHANA PARTICIPATION IN THE 4th PORTUGAL NATIONAL CONGRESS ON STERILIZATION, ANES. SANTO TIRSO – PORTUGAL

On the 6th and 7th of June 2024, the 4th edition of the National Association of Sterilization of Portugal was held in the city of Santo Tirso.

The organisation prepared an excellent scientific programme, with national and international presentations, as well as a large commercial exhibition provided by all the suppliers present, with the most innovative solutions and products in the field of reprocessing for the Portuguese healthcare sector.

This year, we especially highlight the technical communication prepared by our new subsidiary, Matachana Portugal, on ‘Cutting-edge technology for medical device reprocessing professionals’. This workshop was an exceptional opportunity to understand how MATACHANA solutions have a positive impact on the efficiency of medical device reprocessing.

In addition, Elena Lorenzo, MATACHANA’s MIEC Manager, delivered the opening lecture of the scientific part, focused on ‘The great value of cleanliness: particularities and challenges of complex medical devices’.
