On 28th May, we held a very informative session on medical device reprocessing at the Reprocessing Unit of the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valencia.
Staff from sterilization, operating theatre and preventive medicine attended the hybrid theoretical-practical day, where we took the opportunity to update knowledge on reprocessing and review the legislative context surrounding this field.
Subsequently, we carried out a complete review of the work programmes of the MATACHANA steam sterilizers, model S1000, recently installed after a public tender, and we reviewed loading and process monitoring procedures.
From MATACHANA, we congratulate all the professionals for this great installation and wish that our equipment contributes to the good service that this hospital offers to its patients.
