UMA EMBALAGEM EFICIENTE E DE ACORDO COM AS NORMAS<\/h2>\n

A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de embalagens de qualidade, assim como a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de um empacotamento adequado, tem um papel fundamental na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da esterilidade dos dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, que apenas podem ser considerados \u201cEST\u00c9REIS\u201d quando a sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ass\u00e9tica se garante at\u00e9 ao momento em que s\u00e3o utilizados com o paciente.<\/p>\n

A norma internacional para a embalagem de produtos de sa\u00fade ISO 11607-2 e as novas diretrizes ISO 16775 descrevem o modo em que se deve validar este processo, avaliando e determinando a temperatura ideal de selagem do material a embalar. A essa temperatura, o processo dever\u00e1 gerar um fecho \u00f3timo, suficientemente resistente para garantir a sua assepsia e que, por seu turno, permita a destacabilidade do material sem gerar fissuras nem res\u00edduos.<\/p>\n

Para esta finalidade, os equipamentos profissionais de termosselagem para o fecho de sacos e bobinas (sistemas pr\u00e9-formados de barreira est\u00e9ril, SBS) s\u00e3o essenciais.<\/p>\n
