Au cours des premi\u00e8res semaines de mai, l’h\u00f4pital universitaire de Vall d’Hebron (Barcelone, Espagne) a accueilli une exp\u00e9rience de formation intense, avec un total de 24 heures de sessions dispens\u00e9es en deux \u00e9quipes (matin et apr\u00e8s-midi). Le cours, d’une dur\u00e9e de 12 heures par \u00e9dition, a \u00e9t\u00e9 dirig\u00e9 par la responsable du MIEC MATACHANA, Mme Elena Lorenzo, et a vu la participation de 53 professionnels de la centrale de st\u00e9rilisation de l’Hospital Materno Infantil, de l’Hospital de Traumatolog\u00eda et de l’Hospital Pere Virgili, ainsi que de plusieurs infirmi\u00e8res de bloc op\u00e9ratoire.<\/p>\n

Le programme combinait 8 heures de formation th\u00e9orique et 4 heures de travaux pratiques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la centrale de st\u00e9rilisation de l’Hospital Materno Infantil, ce qui a permis aux participants de consolider leurs connaissances directement dans un environnement r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s examen des exercices, la note globale du groupe \u00e9tait excellente, avec une note moyenne de 9,2\/10. Il est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant de noter que la formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie par le personnel du bloc op\u00e9ratoire, qui l’a qualifi\u00e9e d’\u00ab essentielle \u00bb et m\u00eame d’\u00ab obligatoire \u00bb pour les professionnels impliqu\u00e9s dans la st\u00e9rilisation et le bloc op\u00e9ratoire.<\/p>\n

Parmi les principales conclusions, les participants ont soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de promouvoir la formation continue, de normaliser les protocoles et de renforcer la communication entre les services. Des possibilit\u00e9s d’am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures, des \u00e9quipements et des ressources humaines sont \u00e9galement identifi\u00e9es, ainsi qu’un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et l’innovation technologique.<\/p>\n
