{"id":270688,"date":"2023-12-01T13:09:20","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T12:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.matachana.com\/matachanas-participation-in-the-xii-pan-american-sterilization-congress\/"},"modified":"2024-05-17T13:09:51","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T11:09:51","slug":"matachanas-participation-in-the-xii-pan-american-sterilization-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.matachana.com\/en\/matachanas-participation-in-the-xii-pan-american-sterilization-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"MATACHANA&#8217;s participation in the XII Pan-American Sterilization Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The recent Pan-American Sterilization Congress, held in Mexico City from 30 October to 2 November 2023, was attended by experts and sterilization professionals from MATACHANA, including Salvador Montilla, Global Steam Sterilization Manager, who shared his knowledge on the requirements for the installation of autoclaves, highlighting the regulatory standards, the manufacturer&#8217;s experience and ongoing training as key elements for the implementation and efficient operation of state-of-the-art devices.<\/p>\n<p>On the meanwhile, Giovanna Ruiz, Clinical Specialist and in charge of ongoing education for LATAM, highlighted the importance of the automation of instrument washing and the routine indicators that can be used for its monitoring. She also participated as a speaker in the plenary lectures, discussing the operational benefits of automation in RUMED, adapted to the particularities of the region.<\/p>\n<p>The event became a unique showcase to discuss the latest trends in sterilization technologies.
