During the second day, specifically with the sterilization staff, the healthcare professionals were able to practice and train in the handling of the new equipment and technologies, in order to acquire the safety and confidence to guarantee their daily work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.matachana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/IMG2_MATACHANA_MIEC_FORMACION_HOSPITAL_GALDAKAO_2023.jpg\" alt=\"MIEC MATACHANA\" width=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An excellent facility for excellent professionals: critical, committed and aware of the impact of their work on patient safety.<\/p>\n<p>A big thank you to all of them and especially to their supervisor, for her motivation, perseverance and for knowing how to be &#8220;up to the challenge&#8221; until the very last moment.
