The central theme was: &#8220;The leadership in times of crisis and the safety of the operating theatre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This academic meeting takes place in the context of the current health situation caused by the pandemic and ratifies the importance of health professionals in society.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-248558\" src=\"https:\/\/www.matachana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Colombia_Colsanitas_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"296\" height=\"159\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event included enriching scientific material given by health experts from different fields, who explained their institutional experiences. Likewise, the congress was attended by national and international guests.
