April startete MATACHANA seine zweite Reihe von WEBINARS des Jahres 2021 mit einem inspirierenden Seminar \u00fcber &#8220;Biofilme und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten&#8221;. Mehr als 195 Personen aus Spanien und S\u00fcdamerika nahmen an dieser Sitzung teil, in der die Mechanismen der Biofilmbildung und die biochemischen Eigenschaften, die ihre hohe Resistenz gegen\u00fcber den in AEMP entwickelten aseptischen Prozessen verursachen, besprochen wurden.\u00a0 Die Bedingungen, welche die Bildung von Biofilmen beg\u00fcnstigen, und die Bedrohung, die sie f\u00fcr die korrekte Wiederaufbereitung von Instrumenten darstellen, wurden ebenfalls besprochen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abschlie\u00dfend wurde eine Analyse der neuen Generationen von multienzymatischen Reinigungsmitteln vorgenommen, die speziell entwickelt wurden, um die Verbreitung dieser Form der mikrobiellen Resistenz zu verhindern, die als eine der Hauptursachen f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung von Infektionen in Krankenh\u00e4usern gilt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Im Anschluss an die Pr\u00e4sentation kam es zu einer ausf\u00fchrlichen Diskussion mit den Anwesenden, bei der viele Bedenken aus dem Alltag unserer Sterilisationseinheiten ausger\u00e4umt werden konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Parallel zur Veranstaltung fand eine Verlosung von 3 B\u00fcchern des Ingenieurs Jan Huys zum Thema &#8220;Sterilization of Medical Supplies by Steam&#8221; statt, die an diese 3 Leiterinnen der AEMP gingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sra.
