What Is Validation?

Validation demonstrates, by means of fully documented tests and checks carried
out using previously calibrated instruments, that a piece of equipment is correctly
configured, ensuring it will work reliably in the future and is within the specified operating limits.
Once the equipment is validated, it will be periodically revalidated (normally once a year).

With validation we obtain:

- SAFETY: We determine that every stage of the process is safe and therefore
it is fundamental to preventing workplace accidents.

- RELIABILITY: We check the efficiency of the process in obtaining a final product that meets the
specifications and whose quality is guaranteed.

- CONFIDENCE: We confirm that everything works as it should and therefore that we are doing our job well.
