They are the Technical Assistance Department (SAT Matachana). The aim of SAT Matachana is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers and that the products have a long useful life with minimal problems. Our qualified engineers resolve small technical problems by telephone and, if necessary, assign the management of the problem to one of MATACHANA’s 19 technical offices that are strategically located around Spain. As well as providing a rapid response to technical problems, Matachana offers a range of MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS and a wide variety of services: - Continuous training - Consumables for maintenance - Calibrations - Certification - Remote diagnosis - Legal certification of installations - Regular hydraulic testing - Email and telephone support.
