The purpose of the EFFLUENTS TREATMENT SYSTEM is to perform heat sterilization at 134ºC of all the potentially contaminated effluents generated by the centre, under conditions that are safe for both the operator and the environment. The system consists of one or several digesters that sterilize collected effluents. These effluents will then be cooled and poured into drains in sterile conditions. All the circuits involved in the treatment system are also automatically sterilized each time a hazardous treatment is carried out.
Notes: For the system to work correctly, the following supplies are required:
- S team. - Compressed air (a redundant double compressor is recommended). - Decalcified water.
